Hysteroscopy is a minimally invasive diagnostic procedure that allows direct visualization of the inside of the uterus using a thin, lighted telescope. It is invaluable for investigating abnormal uterine bleeding, recurrent miscarriage, and infertility. In many cases, minor operative procedures such as polyp removal or adhesion release can be performed during the same session.

Treatment Process

   Pre-Procedure Consultation

   Review of symptoms, medical history, and prior imaging to determine if hysteroscopy is indicated.

   Preparation

   The procedure is scheduled at an optimal time in your cycle, with light sedation or anesthesia if needed.

   Hysteroscope Insertion

   A thin, lighted telescope is gently inserted through the cervix to visualize the uterine cavity on a monitor.

   Diagnostic Evaluation

   The specialist examines the uterine lining, identifies polyps, fibroids, adhesions, or septal abnormalities.

   Treatment & Recovery

   Minor operative procedures may be performed during the same session, followed by brief recovery and discharge guidance.
